Emad Youssef

Board certified in radiation oncology by the American Board of Radiology, Dr Youssef served as an associate professor in the Neuroradiation Oncology department at Barrow Neurological Institute and the University of Arizona. In 2017, Dr Youssef was assigned as the medical director of Radiosurgery at Barrow. 

During his career, Dr Youssef extensively researched and published papers on the use of radiation therapy to treat brain tumors. Over the last 10 years, he treated thousands of patients with different brain tumors using various modalities of radiation therapy and radiosurgery including intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), GammaKnife, CyberKnife, and brachytherapy. 

Previously, Dr Youssef served as the medical director at the Arkansas Cancer Institute and as an assistant professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine.
