About Us

Heidi Cole is an engineering leader with a master of science in bioengineering who collaborates with clinicians to create transformative medical device solutions. In her current position as the associate vice president of Research and Development for GT Medical Technologies, Ms. Cole leads the company’s research and development and manages its intellectual property. Ms. Cole has more than 20 years of medical research and product development experience in solutions from electrosurgical devices to ultrasonic devices, spanning remote patient monitoring, caregiving software, vascular grafts, and biopsy tools. Before joining GT Medical Technologies, she held various technical leadership roles at Stryker, Care Innovations, Intel Digital Health Group, and Becton Dickinson and Company (BD).
